The only good thing I can say about the experience we had today was the food. The seafood boil was good, but the seafood grill platter was too oily. But cheers to the chef! What made the experience not enjoyable was that the customer service was not good. It felt like there were other customers with a priority ....... but every customer is a paying customer The atmosphere inside the restaurant was cold! Juicy Crab, you know you have busy days or that you get a lot of customers, especially on a weekend, then, if possible, have enough people on ground. Can’t say anything good about the freshness or quality of the seafood, all the sauces taste like curry seasoning and very bitter, not even close to Cajun. Can’t compare to seafood boil in the US. Ridiculously overpriced, but welcome to Romania : Service was nonexistent. Couldn’t get the waiters attention in an empty restaurant. Honestly, you walk out of there feeling as if you got scammed.
