Major disclaimer: for the prices they should offer better value, but then again they're better than wu-xing, and not everyone can afford 5elemente (best & ofc m... read more Major disclaimer: for the prices they should offer better value, but then again they're better than wu-xing, and not everyone can afford 5elemente (best & ofc most expensive chinese), so if you're looking for safe chinese at more than reasonable prices, pay them a visit- the location is the only thing decent about this place (nice quiet street next to Decebal);- the setup/decor is from an 80s b-movie (i know vintage, this is not vintage, it's just obsolete)- the service is worse than "horrible" (lacking any interest what-so-ever, cannot give a qualified advice, etc)- the cleanliness: strangely, it looks as bad the first time i went (~6y ago) and hasn't improved since, yet i never got to the doctor because of them, so a "bravo" in this respect- the dishes: just above "eatable" territory
