I also had a chance to chat with the owner who is a lovely and very smart lady, I have a lot of respect for how much passion she seems to have put into this. None of the cookies are overly sweet and have flavorful nuances throughout them. For instance, the Houston Cookie is like Red Velvet cake in cookie form, with an interestingly sour raspberry jam middle. The texture is just right hard on the outside, soft of the inside. San Diego also won my heart as it’s giving me warm fuzzy vibes with that delicious caramely apple cinnamon topping. If I had to make any suggestions they would be sugar free (with sweeteners or no sweeteners at all) options and protein filled options. They are very good and i recommend if you want a desert in the area !
