We haven 't had the chance to eat food, only the dessert which was acceptable. What I consider unacceptable is the fact that I had to go to the bar search for our waitress several times to order a second or third round of drinks and after this she still had the guts to say We do not accept any tips less than 10% this is the restaurant policy overall This statement is incorrect as this country has the tips optional and taking in consideration that the overall experience was a bad one how could you expect a tip? I didn 't get exactly what I ordered, and the manager told me that it was written wrong on the menu, NO apologise, NO asking if I wanted something else . On the bill written, Good service 10% tips , Excellent service 15% tips then the manager added 15% on the card machine directly without asking. So I said NO, he replied me ,I quote , Why? It's a classical dirty scam, where the food is mediocre and if you want to order a glass of wine, the wine is literally bought from the shop next door(babanu wi... read more It's a classical dirty scam, where the food is mediocre and if you want to order a glass of wine, the wine is literally bought from the shop next door(babanu wine 1 euro per 5 liters), you will end up paying in fact 2 glasses(because of the quantity: 250 ml is 22 RON, but the glass is 500 ml). Avoid this place!!!
