Upon entering the bakery, I received a warm welcome from the owner. Faced with a wide variety of options including chocolates, pastries, and cakes, I had a difficult time deciding. In the end, I chose the raw pistachio lemon cake, which was a fantastic choice - tangy, fresh, and creamy. I also enjoyed a cappuccino with plant-based milk. After finishing the cake, I couldn't resist trying more and also sampled a cookie, although I wasn't a fan of its taste and texture. The Raw Bakery offers the option to enjoy their treats in the adjacent garden, which is a wonderful feature in the heart of the city. My only critique is that all items are served in disposables; hopefully, this will change in the future. My main issue with this bakery is the overwhelming number of options available - I would have liked to try everything, but that might not have been the best idea!
Such a shame that this cute little place has no product without honey. They only make cakes without honey on demand. Which means nothing is vegan. I guess we were lucky enough because after a 15 minutes wait they found 2 types of cakes without honey (from an order probably), but they weren't very appetizing compared to others unfortunately. What a shame! There are no salty foods either despite the photos from HappyCow... Updated from previous review on 2022-06-01
This restaurant offers a wide variety of vegan options, with a focus on sweets, cakes, and cookies. In addition to these treats, they also serve mouthwatering vegan burgers and a variety of other plant-based dishes.

What a great find. We hunted this place down after visiting Palutal Primaverii, and although it was a little tricky to find, it was well worth the effort. The quiche is amazeballs and the enchilada nearly as good. We were there on a Sunday at about 12.30pm and we got the last enchilada, so don't muck around on the weekend! We also had too many sweet things but they were all so good we couldn't choose. A lovely spot with lovely owners. Do not go past this place. (But make sure they know you're vegan, because lots of stuff is just vegetarian.
An exceptional restaurant with many vegan foods, especially sweets, cakes and cookies, but you also find delicious vegan burgers and many other vegan foods.
When I came to the bakery, I was warmly welcomed by the owner. Overwhelmed with the wide range of options (chocolate, pastries, cakes, I had a hard time to make my mind. I ended up with the raw pistachios lemon cake, which was an excellent choice: brownish, fresh and creamy! I also had a cappuccino with vegetable milk. After I finished the cake, I couldn't try and get the cookies. I did not like the taste and texture of the cookie. What is also great at Raw Bakery is that you can enjoy its delicacies in the adjacent garden, which is a great advantage to have in the middle of the city. However, it is a shame that everything is served both drinks and food in/on disposable items. I hope they'll change that. But my main problem with this bakery: too many options! I would have liked to try everything, but then I would have been most ill.
