However, there was no scoop provided, leading customers to scoop ice with their cups, which is unhygienic and likely a health code violation. I noticed that they were reusing knives without cleaning them as well. When I asked for a cup of water, I was charged for a fountain drink instead. The staff had water cups available behind the register, and the employee made me feel foolish for not wanting to pay full price for a drink.

Well the only thing I can say about this Subway is it needs to be revamped new manager new district manager new employees this place was disgusting I walked in... read more Well the only thing I can say about this Subway is it needs to be revamped new manager new district manager new employees this place was disgusting I walked in on Friday night and the place was filthy the manager was running around trying to do wiping down and stocking and everything else with two employees wasting their time in the back when they did come out the young man had so many piercings in his lip and mouth and nose it was disgusting the counters were filthy food all over them in the cracks in the crevices all over the the board when he came out to make my sandwich I had to tell him I needed fresh lettuce because the lettuce that was there was disgusting so they brought out two more things of lettuce fresh with attitude when he went to make my sandwich he put his gloves on was fixing to make my sandwich got the meat on it and the cheese which I had to tell him three times what kind of cheese then he drops the knife and reaches down grabs the knife off of the floor without changing his gloves he reaches in and grabs my spinach to put on my sandwich I told him he needs to change his gloves because he dropped something and picked it up off the floor he got angry with me rips his gloves off and grabbed new gloves at that point I decided I was going to leave the manager I feel sorry for her because she doesn't know how to manage and the two employees need to think about another career path my mother was in the restaurant business for over 40 years and she would not have tolerated any of that I hope this helps someone thank you
