Order a delivery from the restaurant. yes, probably the kitchen was adapted to local preferences and not so sharp and sharp, but I like it very much. another great place to be in kiew to nosh.
I was pretty disappointed by the quality of the food. The restaurant itself has a tasteful interior, but next to no light besides window light. The tacos were pretty bad in my opinion, and the guacamole they offered tasted like mud. The fillings of the taco were meager and clearly inadequately put together. I've had simple but delicious authentic tacos, but the simplicity of the taco was quite underwhelming. The thought I had throughout the meal was that it would be a much more satisfying meal if I had gone to the store and put the ingredients together myself. My companion ordered rib eye steak, and despite being regular steak price, it was not remotely enjoyable. My tacos were better than his meal. The waiters are next to nowhere to be seen and called for.
The coolest, swankiest and tastiest Mexican Restaurant in the country which happens to have one of the best hookah's Shisha, Kalyan in the city. The service is great, food is amazing, drinks are fantastically great. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone who likes Mexican food.
Great place. the prices are not so high. great waiters. everything was beautiful and fresh. come here for room and good music.
If you are looking for Mexican food in Kyiv, your best is the Rojo Ojo. During my first visit, my group and I had an array of salsas (mild-spicy), quesadillas, fajitas, margaritas, churros and other Mexican food. The Mexican food here tastes more like classy Mexican bbq, instead of the Tex-Mex or Baja California Mexican food from the other restaurants. However on my second trip there, they were all out of salsas and they suggested that we instead order nacho cheese and sour cream, which was disappointing because I was a big fan of their sauces. Like the other places, the guac isn't really guac but it is better than the yogurt guac that other restaurants have served me. In regards to the decor, this place is really clean, well managed and very cozy to invite a friend to dinner. They have a fun swing chair at one of the tables and for the smokers out there, I believe the top floor allows smoking. They also have a coat check and their heating is nice when it was super cold outside. Price wise, it is medium high, expect to pay 300 hrv for an alcoholic beverage, main dish, and a shared dessert.
