This place is amazing! You come out of Nantahala Gorge and boom, there’s this awesome coffee shop. The coffee was fantastic, the owner very friendly, and the coffee shop is decorated so cool. Great atmosphere, definitely highly recommend stopping in here! I’ll be back for sure View all feedback.

I ordered a golden latte with an espresso shot and honey, which was absolutely delicious. However, the staff seemed to be lacking in friendliness and courtesy, which was disappointing. View all feedback.
Nice little jewel! Solid cup Joe and many options on the cafe menu to please everyone. Such a sweet and cozy little spot. Although it took what a decade seemed to be for them to throw the bagel, it was essentially above average for a whole bagel. You went a little light on the scheme of cream cheese, so ask for extra!
Such a wonderful surprise! You have a drive when you're in a hurry. Fresh ground and real Barista pulled shots! A fun and artistic shop with amazing things inside. The espresso drinks were so amazing! They were perfectly hot and no burned shots. If you love your coffee! If you are satisfied with Starbucks, this place will transform you and you will never go back!
Cardinal Coffee is a cute coffee shop located directly at US-74 in the city of Bryson City. They have large smoothies and bagels and also sell nut butter bars and various chocolate bars. I enjoyed a roasted bagel, coffee and a smoothie. All smoothies come with frozen bananas and then you can go another fruit to go with it, your choice of milk, and adding a superfood if you wish. The latte I tried was delicious, it was her special at the time, called the Salted Haystack, with caramel, coconut and hazelnut. It had a really unique taste and I enjoyed it very much. I think they served Café Campesino at the time I visited. You have coffee beans for sale and also some other market items. This coffee shop is very rustic, almost like a coffee booth, but they make sure a good cup of coffee. You did not have a lot of staff when I visited, perhaps because of the business needs or perhaps because there is such a small space to begin as dependent on how busy it is when you stop, you might need to wait a little for your order to be ready. All in all, Cardinal Coffee is a great place to take coffee when you are in the Bryson City area, and it was just the street side coffee stop I needed!
A coffee oasis in the mountains. If you're in the area, try it. The coffee is great. The service is auper. The bagels are also decent.
