The corn cakes, spring rolls, and chicken salad were quite good. However, the Pad Thai was overly sweet compared to the usual sweetness I'm accustomed to, which is why I rated it 4 stars. The service was attentive, and I really appreciated that they were open on Super Bowl day when most restaurants in Philadelphia were closed. View all feedback.
What Myla K doesn't like about Silk Cuisine:
The service was slow and unfriendly, the food was mediocre, the decor felt outdated, and the restaurant itself wasn't very clean. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
Long-term popular place for Thai food. Of course we had to take this evening, but the diving and takeout experience is always excellent. The food is very tasty, the salads are especially unique, portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. In addition, this is a family business. They are always very nice and always the order right.
First visit. Tried the spring rolls, yellow curry, and pad Thai. Everything was very good. We'll definitely go back.
Our table had Yellow Curry, Pad Thai and Drunken noodles. We all enjoyed our meals, but I think I'd do the Drunken Noodles next time. Prices were very comparable to other Thai restaurants in the area. The service was great and we felt very well served.
Everything we tried (pad Thai, drunken noodles, crispy duck) was yummy. Not very busy for dining in on a Wednesday night, though I noticed a lot of pick up orders.
The owner is the same for the past 25 years. One of the last family businesses left in that area post pandemic. Very nice people to dine in with though most people choose take out. Drunken noodles are good for your first experience here. Can’t go wrong Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Pad See EW
