Room was in need of cleaning and updating. If it weren't for the location this would be a two star motel. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and wet dog.The breakfast was great, service was good, and the pool was fine, but the room . . .
I chose this place because the nearby hotels to Bryce were fully booked. It's a bit further away, but still within walking distance (20 minutes) to the shuttle, which I did both days of my stay. The prices are reasonable compared to other options. I'm not sure why it's called a resort, as it feels more like a basic hotel. Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, it was quiet, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The only downside was the breakfast voucher they provided; it claimed to be open until 9:30, but when I stopped by around 8:45, no one was there.
This hotel is in a perfect location. Away from the busy center before entering Bryce Canyon. You can enjoy the activities the area has to offer and then stay at a quiet hotel. Bonus, you can park right next to your door for easy unloading. Rooms are large. The only thing missing from this hotel is EV charging. You can charge at the Ruby Inn just down the street, you do not need to be hotel guests. T:
My wife and I decided to visit Bryce Canyon, and we were joined by her best friend. We stayed at The Bryce Canyon Resort and discovered that the swimming pool was out of service. We expressed our concern since they advertised having a pool which we were unable to use. The front desk staff, particularly Kelvin Dipika, were incredibly accommodating. They promptly offered us a discount on our room and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. The following day, Kelvin surprised us with a delicious complimentary chocolate cake as a gesture of appreciation. Their level of service was truly outstanding!
This is the best budget-friendly option near Bryce Canyon Park. The rooms were clean, and the view of the sunset was exceptional. There's plenty of parking available, and the price includes a complimentary breakfast at the cowboy restaurant nearby. Don't let the lower ratings from others deter you; those guests should book $300 resorts for the amenities they're looking for. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we return!
