When I asked to have it without pepperoni, a staff member—possib... read more I visited this Subway and ordered the BMT, which typically contains pepperoni, salami, and ham. When I asked to have it without pepperoni, a staff member—possibly a coworker or manager—refused and insisted it had to be included. I mentioned that I had successfully ordered it without pepperoni just the day before, but she was rude and unaccommodating. On top of that, she declined to accept my coupon. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this location.

The employee who served the customer before us didn’t change his gloves a... read more Yesterday, my husband and I visited this Subway but ended up leaving without ordering. The employee who served the customer before us didn’t change his gloves after handling the previous order, using the cash register, and touching money. It’s very unsanitary to handle money and then prepare a sandwich with the same gloves. We didn’t ask him to change gloves because if he didn’t already understand proper hygiene when preparing food, we didn’t feel comfortable dining there.

When I got home, it looked more like an overstuffed burrito, and the tortilla was definitely not spinach. Subway needs to train their staff better. This is disappointing and does not match the quality promised on the menu.
