Subway
Description
A neighborhood sandwich shop delivers acceptable food but struggles with service. Online pickup is available, yet customers report slow, inattentive counter staff, missed items, and refusals to honor coupons or simple customizations. Sandwich orders were generally correct, but distracted employees and delays sour the experience. Until staffing and service reliability improve, this location is best approached with caution for time-sensitive or promotional orders.

Not sure how you get the order wrong when it was ordered on a kiosk… but ya did. Thanks for fixing it though.
Talk about **** poor attitude from the teen working the line. I'm sorry I showed up just before closing but damn the way you just threw the vegetables at my sandwich was super unprofessional. If you don't like the job that much go do something else. I also asked for the two halves to be wrapped separately and was flat out ignored until I called him on his attitude and then I got an argument. I will NEVER stop at this subway again.
I’ve been to this subway twice in one week wanting a pizza and I keep getting told they’re all still frozen.
Continuing my recent series of reviews on sandwich chain restaurants, I found myself at Subway during the midpoint of my road trip. Since I hadn't eaten at Subway in a few years, I was uncertain about the quality but had a solid basis for comparison thanks to my recent visits to Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, Firehouse Subs, and Earl of Sandwich. Starting with the positives, the restaurant seemed to have undergone a recent remodel and was generally clean inside. However, the bathroom was quite unpleasant. Now, onto the neutral aspects. As many might know, ordering at Subway requires a fair amount of interaction between the customer and the sandwich maker. Unfortunately, this made it difficult for me to place my order, as the employee preparing my sandwich spoke in a barely audible whisper. After finally deciphering what he said, I walked away with a 6-inch Italian BMT and took a seat to have a bite. Overall, the sandwich was okay—not bad, but nothing special. Considering that Subway's tagline (or at least it used to be) is "Eat Fresh," I expected the ingredients to be fresher. Additionally, it seemed like they skimped a bit on the meat. Aside from that, I have no major complaints. However, given the wide variety of fast-food sandwich options available today, I don't see myself returning to Subway if other choices are accessible.
