This is my favorite Subway because of a lovely blonde girl who works there; she is incredibly sweet and always makes my sub just the way I like it. It's the best and cleanest Subway in the area!

She sighed and took exasperated breaths after each of her responses, making it clear that she was frustrated. I hope she was just having a bad day, but unfortunately, that shouldn't be projected onto customers. When I arrived to pick up my order, I approached the register, and while she greeted me, she continued texting on her phone for about 15 to 20 seconds as I stood there waiting. This behavior is simply unacceptable. It might be beneficial for her to receive some additional training.
