The food is as expected. The problem is limiting the sacred sauce. We spent 30$ on 2 subs (one medium one large) and we?re given two half full mini containers of the sacred sauce and told we can?t have anymore. ?? I miss the days where sacred sauce lined the shelf. What User doesn't like about Firehouse Subs:
I lost my card yesterday, and the manager was extremely rude when I asked for help retrieving it. Instead of being helpful, she turned away, and I could tell that they were talking about me. I enjoy fireworks, but I won't be returning to this place. View all feedback.
I have become regular because the young lady in the front is so respectful and sweet every time! She greets you with a big smile and has great manners! I am happy to see them every time I visit fireworks!!
The brisket cheddar sandwich was pretty tasty, the loaded potato soup not so much. The employees are nice and greet you as soon as you walk in.
The food was good, but not only did it take forever to get 2 sandwiches (no other customers in front of us) but the employees were complaining the entire time about their bosses, how much they don't like the job, and the customers. Horrible experience.We will not be back.
I see a lot of 1 stars; I guess it pampered subway staff or they didn't get there; Shame on her. I loved it better than every day underground; the staff were fantastic; thank you for everything you do. Please come to Arlington Texas, we need something here.
I absolutely love this place! I’ve never encountered a major issue, but whenever I have had a small problem, they’ve always resolved it quickly and efficiently.
