I'm really impressed that they take pride in keeping their bathrooms exceptionally clean. However, the exterior leaves much to be desired and looks quite messy.
I went to get breakfast for my mother-in-law. The woman working there wasn’t wearing a hairnet or gloves while I was around. However, the man was wearing a cap and changed his gloves multiple times during my visit. He also apologized for the wait.
I purchased fuel, then went inside to get some doughnuts and a beverage. Six people were on duty, three at the kitchen and three at the checkout counter. None of them were pleasant. Seemed annoyed that they have to dare help a customer. Cleanliness is avery weak point for this location unfortunately. Its quite obvious a lack of training in customer service is evidently theissue, or just a complete lack of concern about it. And of course getting a hold of corporate would fall on deaf ears anway.
