Tuesday is $1 scoop day, so it's a great way to treat the kids after school before going to Mills Park. They don't have the full range of flavors, but they've got the basics and a few more adventurous flavors if you want to try something different.Cake cones, sugar cones, and cups are no extra charge... waffle cones are a little more. What Stacy Discenza doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
Recently we've been unhappy with the state of this Baskin Robbins. They are always out of cups. A lot of the ice cream has been out lately too. The stickers telling flavors are backwards or wrong most of the time. The current worker keeps the freezer top open for access but this makes the ice cream too soft and semi melted. They need better supervision. The worker is nice though. View all feedback.
It's a small location inside a gas station, so they don't have a lot of flavors, although they did have several seasonal flavors.
Couldn’t even eat the waffle cone because it was so soggy. I would compare it to laffy taffy.
The person working behind the counter didn 't speak English so she wasn 't able to understand what I was saying(wasn 't her fault) and when she tried to get help, the other female behind the counter blew her off. She didn 't care to help me either. I asked for a fruit blast but nobody knew what it was although it was clearly on the menu literally above their heads. I asked for a mango smoothie instead but I got mango banana instead(disgusting). I asked where the spoons and napkins were. The rude one gestured lazily in a vague direction. I asked about the hand packed ice cream and was told Whatever 's in the freezer is whatcha get. The flavors are poorly labeled, some were backwards and some were missing. While one of my children were in the bathroom, an old man tried to go in and I told him that he was in there. He gave me a rude look, mumbled something and then walked into the door to the ice cream shop for a minute and back out. Why they let creepy, hateful old men wonder around in the ice cream section is off putting. I 'm just glad that my children didn 't catch on to their awful customer service. If this is how they operate at this location, they should close it.
