Hot served an hour later and then not on the menu there was no arugula , when ordering, no one reported this. The dish was served with iceberg lettuce, which was a pinch, there was practically no sauce. Strudel is also sad, we waited 30 minutes after eating meat. The portion was small, there were few pears and there was practically no cheese. In general, we didn’t get pleasure from food .. We were left with irritability and disappointment . Заказали свинину в сливочном соусе, штрудель с сыром и грушей. Горячее подали через час и то не по меню не было рукколы , при заказе никто об этом не сообщил. Подача блюда была с салатом айсберг, которого была щепотка, соуса практически не было. По штруделю тоже печаль, ожидали 30 мин после съеденного мяса. Порция была маленькая, мало груши и сыра практически не было. В общем удовольствия от еды , не получили.. Остались с раздражительностью и разочарованием . Просим учесть жалобы,т.к.в этом кафе мы частые гости!

The girl who served our table, who is a waiter and an administrator in one person, was not very friendly, but on the contrary, she was negatively disposed towards us. She had a sharp refusal to any of our requests, for example: When asked to turn up the music on the TV a little louder, she answered us that today there is no live music in the institution, although we did not ask for live music. When ordering a menu, the girl answered any question with a negative, rolling her eyes. It's a shame that because of such employees, the reputation of the institution deteriorates, next time we will think WELL whether it is worth going to this cafe. I advise you to review your staff, because because of such employees, you will lose your visitors! 22 сентября решили мы компанией отдохнуть в вашем заведении. С первых минут прибывания в кафе, нам отказали в столике за которой мы хотели сесть, ссылаясь на то, что он неудобен в обслуживание. Девушка, обслуживавшая наш столик, являющаяся официантом и администратором в одно лице, была очень не приветлива, а даже наоборот негативно настроена на нас. На любую нашу просьбу у неё был резкий отказ, например: При просьбе сделать немного погромче музыку на телевизоре, она нам ответила, что сегодня в заведение нету живой музыки, хотя живую музыку мы и не просили. При заказе меню, девушка на любой вопрос отвечала с негативом, закатывала глаза. Обидно, что из за таких сотрудников, портиться репутация заведения, в следущей раз мы ХОРОШО подумаем, стоит ли идти в это кафе. Советую пересмотреть ваш персонал, ведь из за таких сотрудников, вы будете терять своих посетителей!
