Typically the service is ok as long as you order delivery. Pick up is SLOW! I waited over 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. Typically the service is ok as long as you order delivery. Pick up is SLOW! I waited over 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. They didn’t even start making it until I walked in to pick it up. I could have gotten it faster had I ordered delivery.Then you have the guys that are making the pizza, rubbing their faces and noses without gloves. Disorganized and slow. Service was ok, worked for dominos before so I know what to expect.
The quality of the food is horrible. Over cooked, sloppily cut and ploped in a box. Bread bites products are drenched in oil. Thin crust pizza crust was as thin as a sheet of paper.The delivery driver was punctual and very polite, high point of the entire experience!
Bustling pick up area. There are too many drivers congregating in such a small space. I just don't think our Bryans Road, MD store cares about the look of the pizza.. looks stale, overcooked, and broiled ashy topping. I just can't anymore, and I have 4 teenagers to feed on a regular.
It's dominos. If you are filled with self hate go ahead... get that pizza.
