Out of the two Subway locations in Bryan, I prefer this one. The service is consistently friendly and efficient. Even though the staff may be in the back, they are attentive and will come out if you call for assistance. This is more of a staffing issue than a reflection of the employees’ dedication. They are always polite and courteous. I’m not sure what the problem is with Subway restaurants in this area, but there seems to be a consistent issue with the amount of toppings on sandwiches (like lettuce and tomatoes), as if they think people don’t enjoy their vegetables. However, if you ask for more, they are happy to oblige. I will continue to return to this location because of the quality of food and excellent customer service. Additionally, they accept coupons, unlike the other location in town.
I ordered a soup for lunch, but it spilled because the lid wasn't secured properly. I tried calling to report the issue, but no one answered my call.
I ordered food from there. The bread was so stale that I could barely bite into it. What I wanted on my sandwich wasn’t even right and my chicken so raw that I started puking. They need better management for their food. So sad how they serve costumers like that. Never again
I have never had subway that was this low quality in my entire life and this is the second time this location has done that , friendly word of advice , get subway by the clock tower, this one is a waste of your time and money.
Never any cheese.
