I repeated my order twice, then I heard this girl in the back asking what my order was again. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with no spicy sauce, place is a joke. Not the first time this has happened.

Staff were reasonably polite. Food was made as-specified (I had alterations to several of my menu items) without any issues. My only complaint (and not really a... read more Staff were reasonably polite. Food was made as-specified (I had alterations to several of my menu items) without any issues. My only complaint (and not really a strong one at that) is that the drive-thru was a bit slow. It wasn't unreasonably slow, however, and may have simply been due to a lack of staffing on the day I visited. Such is the nature of fast-food franchising.Parking: Not a particularly busy location overall. Lot is adequately sized. Any time I've driven past there was plenty of room to park in the lot.

(A double cheeseburger and 2 medium fries) There was nothing wrong with our order but I would like to complain about the person that felt it was appropriate to correct the lady at the drive-thru... in front of everyone. Should NOT have happened! I run a local business... I never correct an employee in front of the public like this lady had happen to her. The person that was yelling at her needs to be trained on how to handle things differently and effectively correct staff... there was a better way to get the point across. I felt bad for the lady at the drive-thru. She's always been super nice.

BK offers a great selection of entrees including flame broiled burgers, but a lot of their chicken products are horrendous. They've got the right idea, they've... read more BK offers a great selection of entrees including flame broiled burgers, but a lot of their chicken products are horrendous. They've got the right idea, they've got the right taste, and they've got the right presentation. What they don't have is the right quality. BK chicken is frequently tough and full of tendons, which is often found in cheaply cut white meat breast fillets. I just tried two of their new royal chicken wraps today, and both had chewy tendons running through them. $3 for a chewy chicken strip in a flour tortilla is asking for a lot.
