I give Red Lobster 5 stars!! They have a great atmosphere and friendly staff and the food is great! There is a bit of a wait once you order which can be frustrating but I assure you it is worth it. What Frederick Gregory doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Ignore most of the reviews for the past two years as this Red Lobster has been closed all this time and the building has been sold. I think a Mexican restaurant will be taking it's place. View all feedback.
The place is permanently closed, the building is up for lease.
Extremely long wait, people complaining about cleanliness of the restaurant, just an awful experience.
Our group of 9 met for a one o 'clock lunch on a Friday after the lunch rush. We were seated in a small, private dining area which was perfect for visiting. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. He made sure to bring a special dessert for a friend when he heard it was her birthday. He even brought friends to sing happy birthday. We all receive our food as ordered. Everyone was pleased with their selections. The manager stopped by to check on is a couple of times. Our waiter did a great job.
Steak and lobster was really good...better than I expected....they did not disappoint and the service was awesome as well
Sometimes you get good service and sometimes you don’t. Food good.
