Always so polite and the food is always fresh, and the food comes out pretty fast, too (especially orange chicken, of course, since it's probably one of their most popular . I have noticed that they aren't stuffing the boxesfull like they used to (shrinkflation? but, even so, it's always hot and fresh.

They were out of several menu items, and the staff began closing up an hour before closing time, which meant they wouldn’t cook any fresh food. Instead, I was served old food. The employees were rude and made me wait at the counter for 20 minutes as a form of retaliation when I questioned the quality of the food. Overall, I recommend avoiding this restaurant unless you want to deal with rude staff and poor quality. I won’t be returning unless there are significant improvements. Very unsatisfactory experience!

I’ve visited a few times in the past couple of months, and every single time, the orange chicken has been undercooked and unappetizing. This place has really declined, and it hasn’t even been open for that long. It’s quite disappointing, especially since I appreciate the convenience of the drive-thru. From now on, I’ll be going to the location on Texas, as this one needs significant improvement.
