We brought our granddaughter to lunch. I had asked Leanna for extra big Mac sauce; she ripped off her headphones and screamed, I can't HEAR YOU!!! so she gave me the sauce and I said thank you and not a single word from her. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I stopped eating here months ago, even though it walked from my house. Bottom line: The service was CONSISTENTLY subpar. I ate there almost weekly (I have a 13-year-old who eats like an adult man) before I finally had enough. Enough to get the order wrong, cold pommes, "Well, we're outta that "s, and the lack of professionalism in the drive thru. McDonald 's can definitely be better than that. View all feedback.
McDonald's is doing a great job no matter when they're busy. My children and I love the play areas and the food. Thank you for staying consistent. Food: 5/5
Oct 30 near 10am I ordered a sausage McGriddle with orange juice. The orange juice was watered down. Disgusting. The sausage McGriddle didn’t have any egg or cheese. 2 stars.
Fast, efficient, friendly service... only ordered a cup of coffee in the drive-thru at 12:30 am. They made a fresh pot and it was great! I love McDonald's coffee!
I had gotten a double quarter pounder with cheese fries and a drink. When i got home and i took a small bite and to my surprise to see that my burger WAS NOT COOK all the way because it was still raw. This not okay by any means!!! But due to the incompetence of management does nothing to fix this problem because this a reoccurring problem, that obviously can’t and will not ever get fixed!!! I also will never order from this place again???!!
The manager Monica just made my day. You talk about customer service experience, you had best pay that young lady, or someone is going to snatch her right up! I will be back ?
