What Delphia Hayes doesn't like about Eric's Ice Cream Factory:
I must have picked an off night to visit this ice cream shop. The staff appeared more interested in chatting with each other than in serving the customers. My fiancée and I waited almost 15 minutes for our order, and it was evident that the server taking care of us was not very attentive. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. View all feedback.
I wasn't very impressed with this restaurant. The ice cream lacked flavor; I ordered cheesecake, but it didn't seem like it. My friend's coffee drink was too laid-back for my taste. If I have the option, I probably won't return.
My wife and I traveled over 80 miles to sample the ice cream and hot dogs, and we were not disappointed! The staff was incredibly friendly and even snapped a photo of us in front of the sign. I would rate this experience a perfect 10/10, and we will definitely be going back!
Went there today around 4.30 and gotta say the blond little girl behind the counter was very very rude and unfriendly.... Came to see it how it taste I'm from Germany and gotta say no more.... The ice cream was good but the server noooootttttt
The ice cream is bomb, like drive out of your way to get some of it good. Parking setup is fine unless the window is backed up to the road (because the ice cream isnt a joke. Treat yo 'self.
