Burger King - Bryan

Very polite staff member who took my order and gave me my food. Unfortunately, I’m sure of no fault of the employees, it was incredibly slow. I got to the drive thru with two cars in front of me it took me about 5 minutes to get to the speaker to place my order. Once I was there in over two minutes for my order to be taken. Pulled around to pay, the guys ahead of me was just now paying. I waited another almost 3 minute before I made it to the window. Once to the window I received my food fairly quickly and the staff is very polite. Get them more help. They shouldn’t have to have a system of having a customer wait two minutes at the speaker, while one employee is doing the work of 3 people.

I ordered 2 whopper jrs small fries and small chicken fries. The bun was cold and cheese was not melted. The fries were cold and the chicken fingers had 3 whole ones and 2 quarter size ones in the box. I waited thirteen minutes at drive thru window which would have been ok if food was fresh and hot. As someone who has been a General Manager in this type of business for 30 years I was disgusted. I will not be back.

Even if they are short staffed employees are always nice!

I just came thru the drive thru with my mother around 6:20 this evening to pick up some food for my parents. (A double cheeseburger and 2 medium fries) There was nothing wrong with our order but I would like to complain about the person that felt it was appropriate to correct the lady at the drive-thru... in front of everyone. Should NOT have happened! I run a local business... I never correct an employee in front of the public like this lady had happen to her. The person that was yelling at her needs to be trained on how to handle things differently and effectively correct staff... there was a better way to get the point across. I felt bad for the lady at the drive-thru. She's always been super nice.

Don 't go past 3 P.M.Apparently the line cooks don 't know how to read an order. I repeated my order twice, then I heard this girl in the back asking what my order was again. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with no spicy sauce, place is a joke. Not the first time this has happened.
