babeth is a great person who takes care of his clients, the decoration is fantastic, you would believe in Santa Claus's father, the cuisine is delicious. The place is magical, it's more than a restaurant. bisou de la part des marseillais View all feedback.
What Benjamin Marechal doesn't like about Chez BaBeth:
on Wednesday they are converted to practically abandoned restaurant to book a table for lunch on the weekend. although almost empty of customers, had to wait until old to talk to someone. the owner babeth finally finished their conversation with a guy and said: "oui madame". I asked politely in pretty good French to reserve a table for two for lunch on Friday. she gave me a dirty look and said in English: "They call... View all feedback.
The decoration does not make on the terrible experience they will have on this place. with the best intentions to have a birthday dinner for my partner and not even came through the doorstep. When I asked about the reservation under my partner name, she started screaming at me and told me that she had canceled our booking because I wasn't serious I was trying to explain myself again, provided that it had to have been some false communication, but no, she cut me off and started screaming at me even more aggressive and I couldn't even get a word. she is really totally crazy, there is no argumentation with her if they have a problem and there is no level of respect or professionalism in service if they are not. the no amount of cozy Christmas aesthetic can be based on the treatment or experience we had.
Skiing, skiing on the slope between avoriaz and chatel, this was an unforgettable experience and find it! the environment is like a Christmas scratch in a small woodchalet, full of surprises. the food was copieux', as the French would say generously. in portion and filling. we had a great goat cheese salad and French wobble soup, and finished with the caffe gourmand', which is very recommended. many wee, fun talk, entertainment babeth and great eating what else they want to do to visit this. babeth is as unique as her restaurant unusual and special!

I have no time to deal with them now’ and I have dismissed with a wave and handed over a visit card to me. with hindsight I should have broken it up, which an rude and ignorant women will not go back!
Platz was dead, she is rude, ignorant and obviously striving to run her “restaurant” pity, it was a beautiful place.
We dropped in and lucked out geting the round table near the entrance for our party of three. Our son grabbed a burger, my wife the supreme de volailles and I the lamb. The quality was very good, and the use of fresh veggies (two...types of turnips in the side dish was a bonus. A bottle of Chignin-Bergereon did not go amiss. Decor is far from the minimalist style we’re used to in Denmark, and the service packs a punch. No further comments, but you have to experience it- an Alpine Fellini film. Desserts were not for the fainthearted. Our son’s mousse au chocolat was richer than Croesus! My wife and i enjoyed blueberry and lemon meringue pies accordingly. Toped off with a little genepi, and than its back on the pistes again- a tad heavier and no longer hungry.
