I didn't receive my full order but the Monster desus

I placed an order at 6:30 for delivery at 8:00, but the delivery didn't arrive until 8:35. I ordered a meal without fries and it was stacked on top of each other.

The french fries were cold and it took 1 hour for delivery even though I was only 5 minutes away from the restaurant.

Vouchers you have been deceived I received another order I think it belonged to someone else I am really disappointed thank you
