This is possibly some of the best fried chicken I've ever tasted—if not the absolute best. The sides are fantastic but quite rich and buttery, so this isn’t a meal for everyday dining. The atmosphere is fun and cozy, giving off a nice nostalgic vibe. The service is quite good as well.

If you're seeking a nostalgic experience, Dam Site Inn is the ideal destination. The interior features a retro decor that captures the essence of family dining in a beautiful country environment. The chicken is exceptional—lightly breaded and perfectly crispy. All of the side dishes are made fresh. They serve everything family-style with ample portions. The service is superb, and the staff is incredibly attentive. This is one of our favorite restaurants, and we make it a tradition to dine here every year.
