Osip is an intimate restaurant located in the picturesque village of Bruton, Somerset. Owned and operated by Merlin Labron-Johnson, former head chef of renowned London restaurants Portland and Clipstone, this charming stone house was once a village ironmonger. With a focus on farm-to-table cuisine, Osip works closely with local suppliers to create a predominantly vegetarian menu with select meat dishes. Guests can enjoy a five-course set menu for just under £50 during lunch and dinner, featuring creative dishes like carpaccio of mushrooms with grains, Westcombe cheddar, and hazelnut oil, as well as brassicas with wild duck, honey, and baked apple.
