I visited the day it served its set five courses vegan menu. more information can be found on the website https barrecyclart. are/are mainly determined to check the website for exact details of opening times and which menus are served when. the restaurant also has a social mission, setting people who are low-skilled, long-term unemployed. the ambiente decor of the place is industrial, artistic and edgy. it is in a seemingly perishable courtyard that was lively and relaxed in the day I attended. some, but not all that are vegan. only on the other side is that on the day when I visited the time between the curses, I was somewhat too long, although the restaurant was fully occupied. eating that I had here is one of the best I ever had.

We tried the lasagna with soy Bolognese, which was delicious, and the lentil-rice dish was also quite tasty. We also had ginger juice, which was unexpectedly good despite having no sugar added.
