And the person wh... read more I had an amazing experience here! The bubble tea is honestly some of the best I’ve ever had—perfect flavor, perfect texture, just really good. And the person who served me was so nice and welcoming, it made the whole visit even better. I’d recommend everyone to go check this place out. It’s so good I’d pay a hundred bucks for it! Definitely worth visiting

So I ordered from their machine and i was sure there was no one else before me. Then i was waiting for 10 minutes to find out that there was an order of 4 drink... read more So I ordered from their machine and i was sure there was no one else before me. Then i was waiting for 10 minutes to find out that there was an order of 4 drinks before me. I was really in a hurry so I thought at first that one of the drinks was probably mine because it was the same order. I was really hurrying to get and then the server said, What 's your number? I said it is 7 which is the number after my order. He said Wait please but his non verbal gesture was irritated. When I got served he just said nothing. And when i tasted it the quality is not really good. The service is long, and the server has an attitude. Don 't waste your time and money. In response to the comment of the manager: thank you for wishing me joy and happiness going forward. I wish you also the same. But this is a business if you responed with such positivity during those moments, i would even feel better and not disappoined. Instead of saying Sil vous plaits maybe you could have said: you will be served soon dont worry . And instead of not saying anything when you gave me the drink, you could have told me merci beaucoup just as like what you told the 4 girls before me. Maybe a nice smile could als be an extra, which you did not even gratefully show. i wish you treat all your customers the same way, and you say what you are saying now consistently. It was not worth the price of what I paid for making me feel down because of the way you have treated me, on the basis of the actions (note: specific actions with points for recommendation). This is also part of trainings for managers serving in horeca... im not supposed to educate you how it is done.
