L'estaminet Du Kelderke

It's not at the restaurant that I'm gonna bring a review, because we managed to get a table anyway. very nice site in a vaulted cellar, nice waiter, and good kitchen. but it's more with the resto.be agency that offers bookings visibly fictitious ... we had booked, with acknowledge receipt of the site, but arrived at the restaurant this Saturday night, no bookings had been registered?! Imagine the bad surprise to celebrate a birthday! the server confirmed that the reservation had not been communicated to them by the agency, it was also confirmed that reservations are made directly on the phone at the restaurant, without online reservation. fortunately we had programmed dinner early tonight (19:15 to 19:30), so that the restaurant would have received us anyway! It would not have been the same later, because the restaurant was filled very quickly. Thanks to the kelderke.

I was a little sceptical about this restaurant: being on the big place, I was really afraid it was a fisherman. first impression on my path: my impression was good. and in fact, impeccable service with nice and funny waiters, a very good cuisine with hearty dishes. away from the tourist catch.

The restaurant is very nice and cozy, located directly in the heart of Grand Square. the staff was friendly and helpful, even that was very late unfortunately did not meet the expectations. I would say that the price we have paid at the end with wee and water was far too high for the quality we have retained. I think that's the case that they pay for a place instead of eating.
