We went on a birthday dinner this Saturday noon. It was the first time and we chose the 4 services menu. excellent for a discovery. We preferred to have lunch with raw champagne rather than to accompany the meal of the wine selection. We have lived a true gustative and visual adventure, in a refined setting, making the beautiful part of the new art style typically Brussels. The fun of entry has already made us feel an explosion of flavors. the entrance consisting of a beef tartre covered with caviar beads and accompanied by fly fish extracts has already announced the adventure that would follow. after the mix of sebast net with seasonal asparagus that showed the chef's know-how by mastering a fairly classical and contemporary cuisine, the pintadeau farmer's top with the little namur gray brought a very pleasantly presented touch of earth. dessert, a creamy mango filled with ganache mogador exploded taste buds. We had a feeling of satiety. a service at the height of a star, a hostess at the small support and an honest value for a 2-star finishes the table. We'll be back with pleasure.

I wonder what footballers do in this kind of restaurant? Final note per person (wine included 1/2 bottle p.p. first price at 100 euros anyway) 255 euros. We've seen it, but we'll never come back.
To celebrate my wife's 60th birthday, I didn't want to risk it, and therefore a table here, which could be beautiful, this is an institution, a temple of the guests, which brings a professionalism here, which is a prosperity, which is a specialist. Extraordinary! The dishes of the five-course menu were once again part of a solid quality that people are really hard to notice. Also, what's for and after meal is served as extras of an absolute top class, admitting it's not cheap, but everything has a price, this was worth double and fat. A fat congratulations to the entire quipe! !
We realize that for our formula (from €59 we could not expect a royal menu. The mignardises were disappointing. the delicious entry (spot of the nil with small crust of parmesan, Tuscan flavours. Then lamb curry very good. then cream burnt without taste and ice with speculoos that did not taste speculoos. Too bad! A little champagne cup. but really small for 14.5€! of the applery. obviously delicious but a little bit. as wine, a carbonneous 2005. delicious! on the wine map (on tablet! no choice of young wines. We had a table close to the entrance, so go and come incessant boys. I think a formula like that dissserves them.
When reviewing a culinary icon like this restaurant, we hold higher standards. Here is my experience: The chef welcomed us excellently in this legendary place. While I expected better dishes and wine, the appetizers, dessert, and other delicacies were outstanding. Best wishes. Food: 3.
