This hotel is highly recommended for a quick business trip or for a short stay during your holiday while traveling around the country.
The hotel is fantastic with a great room and excellent location. Overall, it was a great experience. The restaurant service could have been improved, but the food was superb. The bubble bath was a bit cold.
Weak aircon, complicated entry to Spa. Good reasturant!
When I come to Sumperk, I only stay at this hotel. I have the impression that the hotel has deteriorated a lot. Another problem at breakfast. Because there was absolutely nothing on the plates (absolutely nothing) at 8.00 in the morning I called the gentleman with the mustache, the gentleman who was roaming around the area. But we were simply forgotten in the place where breakfast was served. We had the surprise of waiting 30 minutes for a scrambled egg filling. Instead, a local or employee, used to the place, came out of the kitchen with a well-portioned plate and sat down to eat quietly, somewhere behind us. That's how we realized that breakfast included means going straight to the kitchen to serve yourself like at home... Included breakfast . A good joke!
