Words can scarcely capture the creativity of the chef's dishes. We opted for the “kitchen pick,” and it was truly exceptional! It’s fascinating to see how they blend the most unusual ingredients together. The staff checks in to see what you like and dislike, so you needn't worry about being served something you can't stand. **Interior:** The restaurant boasts a minimalist yet stunning Scandinavian design. The open kitchen and long "bar" offer a cozy atmosphere that feels like having dinner at a friend's house. The close seating arrangement encourages pleasant conversations. This is not a pretentious or excessively fancy place, but rather a sophisticated, laid-back venue perfect for celebrating an intimate birthday or anniversary. **Staff:** The team knows the menu and wine list inside out! They are true professionals and work seamlessly together. With just three staff members, they ensure you receive personal attention while knowing the right moments to give you some privacy. While the experience does come with a price tag, I took my partner here to celebrate his birthday. It’s not a place I would visit randomly, but if you find yourself in Byron Bay looking to celebrate or desire a truly special evening, treat yourself and your plus one!

Was a bit disappointed by the lack of seaweed in my ramen and the noodles being more like fettucini than the tight noodles I usually expect but the broth was rich and full of flavour and the egg was delicious and unctuous. So close to a 5 star for me but just not quite there I've eaten my fair share of amazing ramens.

They also have a great wine list with thoughtful notes about each grower. Will definitely return.

Upon my second visit of the day, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely Astrid, and from that moment on, our evening transformed into a magical culinary journey. We decided to choose the chef's selection for the shared menu with a beverage pairing—why not, especially at a Two Hatted restaurant? We left everything in their capable hands, and it resulted in the best dining experience we've ever had. Every dish was amazing and brilliant. I also appreciated the completely open kitchen; everything was visible, enhancing our overall experience. The service was exceptional, and the food was even better. I wish I could return again and again!
