I am a huge fan of the Wake Up Coffee in St. Simons, so while traveling home from Amelia Island we went a little off route to stop here. We were not disappointed. 30 minutes after opening it was already filling up on a Tuesday morning, but the service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The espresso is smooth, not bitter or sour.
