The service was exceptional, even though the staff was short-handed that day. I ordered online and picked up in-store, which was quick and convenient. Overall, a great experience!

I really enjoyed the bagels and coffee at Panera Bread while I was there.

Despite facing a shortage of staff like many other restaurants, the team here was exceptional. They consistently worked together from the register to food pickup, even when facing challenges. When I mentioned that the tea containers were empty due to short staffing, the staff quickly followed up and filled them. The young Asian lady at the pickup location was especially gracious to every customer and handled every question with diplomacy. This group truly deserves a raise or bonus. Management, are you listening?
