Mcdonald's - Brunswick

Keith provided me with the best drive-thru experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. As someone who frequently visits fast food restaurants, I had certain expectations, and I must say he exceeded them all. I've never taken the time to leave a review for a fast food place before, but Keith truly made this experience enjoyable, even if it was just a brief moment in my day.

Just went through the trip thu, Friday evening 18:15 new years eve. The young woman who took our order and payment was wonderfully pleasant, happy and shows excellent customer service skills. The young woman, as she presented us with our food, was also very pleasant, cheerful and professional, so our order was right. Both wish us happy new years! You got some good McDonalds!

I left McDonald's at 10:00 PM and was impressed by the staff's dedication. Despite a long day, they were more than prepared to serve a bus full of hungry basketball and volleyball players. They kept the dining room open just to accommodate everyone. The staff truly embodied the concept of fast food, and the friendly, cheerful manager who took our orders was the icing on the cake. Thank you, McDonald's!

It's McDonald's... what can you expect? I usually just go through the drive-thru, but they still manage to get my order mixed up sometimes. On the bright side, the fries are consistently hot and fresh! I’d give it 4 stars.
