Jeff created the menu with both of our inputs, and was able to make s... read more We hired Jeff and his team for our 70 person backyard wedding, and everything was perfect. Jeff created the menu with both of our inputs, and was able to make subtle changes as requested. He was professional, and took extra measures to visit the site prior to the big day to scope out measurements, hookups, and logistics. The day of, he arrived in a timely fashion with a team of 5 to help bartend (extra add on), serve, cleanup and cook. We did not have to worry about a thing when it came to food and drink the entire evening, and he even handled the trash (life saver). Also, he created printed menus for food drink details. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly, and we had leftovers to enjoy weeks later. The pulled pork especially, froze well and is still tender weeks later, yummy. Please do note that due to the size, it was buffet-style since it would be inefficient to serve directly from the truck, which of course, we had no issues with. Also,we did not taste the food prior to the event, since we read great reviews, and appreciated the fact that the food was sourced organically and locally. I would recommend Jeff anytime for a party this size, and can't wait to check out his food truck at one of his local spots. THANKS for Jeff and his entire team!

Coffee and breakfast sandwiches in the morning, and grilled cheese, burgers and smoked pulled pork sandwiches for lunch and dinner! Lucky to have seen the truck at local events and now, it's serving breakfast at my office building!

The owner had closed for the day and was cleaning the truck but was happy to chat with me while he worked and, despite being closed, made me a meal anyway and gave me some insights on his food sources and preparation techniques. Not surprisingly, everything was delicious and I can't wait to try more things on his menu!

He's a class act and really understands how to create a great customer experience. He's engaging, creative, and happens to create delicious food. My breakfast sandwich (with his signature Bam-Bam sauce) was very tasty. Well done! I shall return.

Make sure to try the gril... read more The grilled cheese truck is absolutely fantastic! Jeff is a delightful person to chat with and keeps you entertained during your wait. Make sure to try the grilled cheese sandwich with Fuji apples – you won’t regret it! However, if you're on a date, I wouldn't recommend the pulled pork sandwich. It's incredibly stuffed and not very elegant to eat!
