My husband and I enjoyed a delicious New Year's Eve meal from this restaurant's curbside service. The timing was perfect, from the moment we called to pick up our food. The meal exceeded our expectations and we want to thank the Saxton Family and their staff for a great dinner. Happy New Year!
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. I ordered the pork belly lollipops and they had amazing flavor and texture. The service was prompt, the drinks were strong, and the restaurant was clean and safe. I will definitely be returning soon!
My husband and I decided to celebrate our Anniversary at Embark. Thankfully, we were able to make a reservation the same day. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff was very friendly and warm. The menu had great variety. We decided to start with the bread plate. The bread was delicious and the oven roasted garlic paired nicely with the fresh ricotta cheese. I ordered the strip steak with fingerling potatoes and green beans. My steak was cooked to perfection.
Wow! I heard this place was good so my expectations were high. We made a last minute reservation so we had what might be the least desirable table, but it gave us an up-close view of the kitchen so we saw the attention to detail given to each dish. Weordered an appetizer with lobster, spaetzle, and panko and it was just perfect. I would have been completely satisfied with justthat, and bang for the buck was totally reasonable. The spicy margarita was a perfect blend of sweet and spicy with a reallynice flavor. Our entrees were the pork bolognese and seared salmon, and wow, they were just amazing. The salmon was crispyoutside with a perfectly cooked, tender inside. The sauce and other items on the plate had a flavor that complimented the salmonbeyond my expectations. I had a taste of the bolognese and the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the dish had a wonderful flavor.I very much look forward to coming back! Very worth a visit!
This review is better late than never, because if you are interested in dining here you are going to have to wait until this fall, as Embark was a seasonal pop up brought to you by the folks who own and run The Dolphin Restaurant and Marina. The lastweekend was 3/27. But if your willing to wait, you will be well rewarded. The food, start to finish, was simply spectacular.Excellent craft cocktails, wonderful appetizers, amazing main courses, and delicious desserts. Honestly, one of the best mealswe had anywhere. They are very pandemic conscious, and we felt confidante enough to eat here two weekends in a row. Ask for thechefs table, the work that goes into each dish, the presentation, is really something to watch. The owners closed therestaurant for now, but definitly plans to reopen after the Dolphins season has finished. So mark this on your calendar. You canthank me later.
