Everytime we go here they mess something up and we have to go in and tell them then we have to wait for our order till they make it and then by then our other food is

The line gets long but it's probably just because we left around breakfast time the line did go by pretty fast

Sat in the drive thru for 32 minutes this morning. Stuck between cars waiting for my online order of 1 iced coffee. Was late for my appointment. Get it together Dunkin, this is unacceptable!!! If I could have pulled off, I would have. This was at 10:30-11am.

This is by far the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to, and unfortunately, it's the closest one to my home. They seem to get almost every drink order wrong. I rarely leave complaints or reviews, but this is just unacceptable. I've visited this location many times, and only 1 out of 5 drinks is made correctly—I'm not exaggerating. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for my drink, with only two customers and nine employees present. Two of those employees were just chatting and not helping. Honestly, with seven employees, they should be able to make one iced coffee in under 10 minutes when there are so few customers. Management really needs to improve employee training. To make matters worse, the driveway wasn't salted, and I ended up slipping and falling. What a disaster!

I don’t usually leave reviews or complain, but this experience has been outrageous. I've been there numerous times, and only 1 out of 5 drinks is correct—no exaggeration. I waited for my drink for 10 minutes despite there being only two customers and nine employees present. Two of the employees just stood around chatting while the others seemed unable to produce a simple iced coffee in a timely manner. With that many staff members, there's no reason it should take so long. To the management: please train your employees better. On top of that, they didn’t salt the driveway, and I ended up slipping and falling. What a mess!
