Extremely satisfied with the order I received from this location. It was a busy Sunday morning. I went in to place my order and got it really well made with generous spread and quality ingredients. The line was moving just fine and everybody was gettingtheir order just right and on their way. Keep up the great work guys!!
Well 2 times this week so far our order has been wrong in the drive thru. Monday was the wrong coffee and today was the donuts my husband order 3 chocolate frosted donuts and we only got 2 strawberry frosted ones in the bag and no receipt. They arestarting to fall off. Time for me to save our money and start making coffee at home and if I want a really good donut I?llhave to make a trip out to spud nut. Btw we didn?t go back because we were on our way to work.
The service here is terrible. the girls are rude and so unprofessional. decaf coffee is usually not fresh, so disappointing and a waste of my gelding. Eating is really okay. the girls who work there, dear chit chat in the back than waiting for customers. I wait in the rule 10 to 20 minutes before I can get my order. I'd rather go through the drive, but often the order is wrong, so I'd rather go in if I can. later I go out of mine to go to the medina dunkin donuts instead of if I can.
Everytime we go here they mess something up and we have to go in and tell them then we have to wait for our order till they make it and then by then our other food is
The line gets long but it's probably just because we left around breakfast time the line did go by pretty fast
