What Hayden B doesn't like about Dunkin':
Since the new owners, this dunkin has been top tier. Today I ordered my usual frozen coffee with no whip. I got my coffee and it had whip on it. I kindly told the girl at the window that I asked for it without whip and to see if she could just scoop it off. It clearly irritated her that I ask for so. I would drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this dunks to avoid the one where I live. I always go through the drive thru.. My frozen caramel coffee always taste good, they usually have the donuts my kids like. The major thing though is the associate is nice and friendly! So rare to find in fast food service.
Fast service and fresh, hot coffee. As it should be.
Scrumptious fresh donuts they even made me a special coffee with a touch of hazelnut syrup frothed milk. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is the people do not smile or act happy at all. Maybe they aren’t getting paid enough!
I’m not the one to typically make a review unless I’m very satisfied or disappointed. I go out of my way on my way to work every morning to go to this specific Dunkin’, only because I have not yet been disappointed. My coffee is ALWAYS perfect. Not to much or less! Food is always so fresh and warm. I haven’t been to a Dunkin’ yet that has hash browns as fresh as they are here. I could go on and on. Staff is great as well!
Quick excellent service and service with a smile and a short floor show by a very happy staff
