Dunkin' - Brunswick

For a Dunkin Donuts on Sunday Morning it was not busy 4 or 5 cars in the drive through and only 3 0r 4 people inside. The employees were disorganized And a little confused. Instead of the efficient assembly line operations at other Dunkins their was no cohesion no working as a team. Service was slow because of this.

Customer service doesn?t seem to exist here. Its disappointing and unfortunate because I want to support this location but the staff make it hard to. My order is seldom correct and when I bring it to the employee?s attention I get attitude like I?m being an inconvenience. The staff doesn?t seem like they want to be there either. I?m just really tired of it, go spend your money where you?re valued. Head elsewhere like Beans in the Belfry or Sheetz for a morning coffee and food. If you really need a Dunkin? fix go to Jefferson.

Stopped by Duncan donuts in Brunswick I got a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich had burned bacon and the egg was cold I will never by food from this Duncan donuts and the mornings the line goes slow rather go to another Duncan donuts this Duncan was good before December what happened

One of my donuts tasted stale(from day before? , I expect fresh donuts first thing in the morning. Friendly service.

I got a sour dough breakfast sandwich. It is supposed to have two eggs, came with one. I guess the toaster was broken. My bread was maybe made acquainted with the toaster but that's as far as it got. Same with my wife's bagel. She asked for it to be double toasted. Didn't happen. Coffee is okay.
