The first time I c... read more I've had nothing but disappointing experiences at Valentino's, and I haven't even placed an order yet. After this third strike, I'm finished. The first time I called, they didn't answer, and when I tried again five minutes later, they deliberately waited to tell me their kitchen was closed—two hours before their official closing time. The second time, I called to ask a few simple questions, but they couldn't provide answers, so I decided to give up that night. Tonight was the third time I've tried, and they claimed to be closed even though I called hours before closing time.

Recently, we ordered pizza and the staff handled it with their bare hands. When my order arrived, I was charged separately for a garlic twist and a family lasagna. I explained that the family meal was supposed to include a drink and salad. She rudely responded that’s not how she entered the order, so I either had to pay extra or wait longer because they were busy. This was extremely unprofessional. This will be my last visit, and I will be sure to warn others. What a disappointment!
