From a Notre Dame Don in Niles to a Marmion military academy grad in Joliet....I enjoyed the unbelievable food. We had on Saturday 01/16/10 at your restaurant in Brule. We snow mobiled up to Brule and never thought I would encounter such great food. The Italian Beef was just like you were in Chicago. After having the food I knew that this had to be releated to Chicago roots. Thanks for the great food and enjoyed talk... View all feedback.

Thanks for the great food and enjoyed talking about the good old days when our schools were rivals and your rifle team posed the strongest ability in Junior NRA competition when I was on the Rifle team at Notre Dame. Happy New Year...
I was traveling through northern Wisconsin with my wife and three boys (7, 5, and 3 and needed a bathroom stop. So, we pulled off Hwy 2 in Brule, and since it was close to dinner time, we pulled into Round Up North. We thought we would have a pizza and be on our way. We had no idea we were about to be treated to true Italian hospitality and gourmet cooking. We were enthusiastically greeted by a man I assume is the owner. Unprompted, he brought our three boys apple sauce, juice boxes, crayons and paper. Then he took our order: two beers and a large cheese and sausage (homemade Italian sausage! pizza. He brought our beers and a small dish of homemade marinated chili antipasto, and fresh, warm dinner rolls. Continuing his perfect timing, he brought out the pizza with the perfect crust, just the right amount of sauce and cheese and the fennel sausage was magnificent. After the pizza, and again unprompted, he brought us homemade gelato and biscotti. It was the perfect end to a perfect meal. With three young boys, we don't eat out very often. But, we would if restaurants knew how to satiate our boys like Round Up North. The only thing that was better than the phenomenal food was the friendly service and genuine hospitality. We can't wait to go back to Brule and visit Round Up North!
