We were seated on the lower... read more I went to this restaurant in December with my parents. We opted for the set menu which included a starter, main course, and dessert. We were seated on the lower floor. We started with an aperitif, which was a bit pricey but nicely presented. Unfortunately, the waiter forgot our starters and served other customers who arrived after us before us. After reminding them, we eventually received our starters. When the main dishes arrived, there was a long wait and the waiter didn't even apologize for the delay. When serving my dish, I asked the waiter to be careful as there was a lot of sauce, to which he responded brusquely. Dessert also took a while to arrive. Overall, better organization, friendliness, and a smile from the wait staff would greatly improve the dining experience at this restaurant.

We were seated on the first floor. We started with an aperitif, which was pricey but generous. Unfortunately, the server forgot our appetizer and brought it to us only after we reminded him. The main dishes were delayed as well, and the server was not apologetic. When I pointed out that my dish was very juicy, the server curtly replied that he was used to it. Dessert also took a long time to arrive. Overall, the service was slow and lacking in friendliness. I hope the restaurant can improve its organization and service in the future.

We opted for the fixed-price menu at 16€, which included an appetizer, main course, and dessert. We were seated on the first floor at the back of the restaurant. We started with an expensive but generous aperitif. Unfortunately, our waiter forgot to bring our appetizers, which was disappointing. We had to ask multiple times before finally receiving them. The main courses took a long time to arrive, and there was no apology from the waiter. When serving the dishes, I asked the waiter to be careful because there was a lot of sauce, but he responded curtly. Dessert also took a while to be served. We ended up spending three hours at the restaurant, much longer than anticipated. Overall, better organization, friendliness, and smiles from the waitstaff would greatly improve the dining experience.

When I ordered he asked if I wanted a pint (as I was clearly English). I was charged €12 which is exactly right as a pint is 560ml. These negative 1 star reviews don't know what they are talking about. Great service, great music/atmosphere and lovely dog
