Waffles And Sandwiches - Brugge

A small place for a quick bite. We just stopped by to grab some fries. The place inside was full with people. The person at the service was friendly. The fries did taste awesome.

If I’m being honest about the restaurant I would say that it was great! First of all the food was awesome and reasonably priced, there were so many options for sauces on your chips (which were the best we had in Bruges) and they had waffles which looked delicious As for the service it was good, he gave us our food quickly while it was still hot and he is actually quite funny But the reason I took a star off was because the men and women have to share a bathroom which is quite cramped

Really rude owner, we were blocking the door and that was our fault, but he shouted to us instead of just talking, what would be the reasonable reaction.

Avoid this place at all cost and worst service that is worse than none and no respect to customers it was mid morning my husband and I were not too hungry so just wanted a quick snack. We ordered a portion of chips and used the washroom to wash hands before we left we were saying thanks to the elderly person behind the counter with smile. He replied by shouting at us saying people like you order so little makes the shop lose money and he then said you should go back to your own country..... We were shocked at his rudeness and feel truly sorry if he so dislikes tourists maybe best for him not to live off tourists in such a touristy town and then behave badly towards them!

Terrible experience. I went in with my 3 year old and my wife. My 3 year old was finishing his ice cream that we had from another place. While I was trying to choose the waffle and beer from the list the old owner started giving me bad looks and then came and spoke really rudely about how long will I take to order. Before I could react he said that he would not serve us and as a favour would not charge us !! Ruined our day. Avoid.
