Chose this because saw the good comment on the website.The service is good , environment is great .Buuuuut it is kinda expensive :one main dish is about 30 euro (very little amount), the drinks are doubled than other restaurants.The dish Ichose was not that tasty for me (fish)but mashed potatoes are very delicious.Maybe other dishes are better. The passionate and highly qualified team behind Floris creates an amazing culinary experience not to miss. Professional and efficient service without the pretentious setting. Beautiful, stylish interior. Breathtaking food. Very good. Clean and pronounced flavors with any dish that preserves the integrity of each ingredient. It's hard to choose a favorite from the 4 course Summer Menu, but if I had to, the Mackerel would be. An excellent way to start a meal. Not to mention the Amuse Bouche were also great! The mussels and the plaice were cooked for perfection. The vegetables that accompanied the beef were one of the most interesting garnish combinations I had ever eaten. A well thought-out menu with a lot of hard work and dedication. Well done to the employees and owners of Floris, I cannot praise you enough!
