I ordered a coffee with skimmed milk and very hot. In front of me I was watching the girl not changing the milk but I waited just in case she caught it sometime when I didn 't see her. When she gave me the drink I asked her if it was skimmed milk and she said yes. I tasted the coffee and it clearly wasn 't. When I went to claim it, she told me I used this one.
