Absolutely amazing vegan food. Best in the area for sure. Jeffrey, the owner, is a single man army, so service is slow. But it is worth the wait. Wish i had more time to enjoy the food. Every dish has a lot of thought and love behind it. We were in a hurry, so Jeffrey might think we were disrespecting his art!! We initially thought that the food was expensive, but you get what you pay for. Service: Dine in Price per... View all feedback.

Had a great lunch here. You can choose the lunch menu of 35 or 55 euro. We had a salad as started, roasted cabbage with white wine lentil soup and a delicious chocomousse as dessert. The service was super friendly in a relaxing atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
A fantastic dining experience with great food and service. Highly recommended. Great vegan plant based food which is all home made including fermented kombucha, kimchi and other vegetables. We visited on the 3rd of June at ~1:30. SERVICE PRICE We had the 3 course set menu which was €35 each including tea coffee. We were welcomed by the owners who were very friendly, helpful and warm. We sat in the garden terrace at the back of the restaurant which was very cosy and quaint. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we came in and you can see this is a real passion for the owners. FOOD The quality of the food is absolutely impeccable and worthy of a Michelin star. This is not just great vegan food. This is GREAT FOOD full stop. We had a mixed Asian style salad with kimchi and edamame beans among other vegetables and a bean chilli with nachos. Both of these dishes were wonderful and we sent the plates back clean. For mains we had a cauliflower steak and a plate of roast vegetables including potatoes, carrot, turnip, pickled cabbage with hummus and a second sauce. Every single bite of food was delicious, well seasoned and flavourful. The whole thing was complimented and rounded by the sauces and pickled cabbage. A great achievement to bring so much depth of flavour and a testament to the ability of the chef. Dessert was a moist carrot cake with buttercream icing and a light but rich chocolate mousse; Both of which were incredible. The portions at every stage of the meal were generous and we did not need to eat for the rest of the day. The food is an absolute steal for the price and greens beans is a must visit in brugge, not just for vegans! 10 10 on food, service and value. Highly recommended! Dietary restrictions: There is no dairy, eggs, fish, honey or other animal products used. Not sure about gluten but owners are very communicative and accommodating, I 'm sure they will do something for you and will have already taken this into account with their thoughtful menus.
