Takumi - Bruessel

It was really good, I didn't know that kind of Plats was a pleasant surprise. On the other hand we were a little shocked as a French tourist to see us refuse a simple glass of flat water... I only take off a star for this little worries but other French will certainly be much harder than me for such a weirdness. The choice is wide enough, though for uninitiated people like us it seemed a little crazy, but in the end we ate well.

My set was very good for a reasonable price. I suggest you arrive early. The small flat is the lack of friendliness of staff. She threw my tray on the table, I didn't even get water or chopsticks.

At Takumi they can make very good ramen! I was pleasantly surprised, always afraid to be disappointed with restaurants wanting to try out this kitchen but which makes a little of its sauce, here every ramen I could taste was very good and very tasted. Very good discovery.

In terms of "comfort food", I recommend Takumi Being vegan, I ordered the veggie spicy ramen tofu. It does not contain fish sauce or egg, so it is a vegan ramen just succulent. I was served literally 7 minutes after ordering. The servers are of an unparalleled and really enjoyable friendliness. But above all, the kitchen is crazy: the broth is tasty and generous, the noodles cooked as it is necessary, and the condiments perfectly golden. Not too little or not enough! I’m accustomed to noodle soups at home, and I didn’t expect to be so bluffed by a restaurant outside! I will definitely come back to try the rest of the card, here are pictures of my dish and menu!
